TRAIN Seattle collects information submitted through the flagship waitlist and the open gym waitlist.

TRAIN Seattle's Independent Trainer Studio collects information submitted through the trainer rental inquiry form, the personal training inquiry form, and the client waiver.

Independent trainers are separate businesses. If you contact an independent trainer directly through a link on this website, that trainer's own privacy practices apply, not ours.

Information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, training interests, where you currently train, how you heard about us, who referred you, and any messages you send.

For the client waiver: date of birth, emergency contact information, trainer name, your typed signature, and any injuries, conditions, medications, or notes you choose to share.

Technical information: basic hosting logs and browser data, and the source of your visit when you arrive through a tagged link (for example, an Instagram or email link).

To respond to inquiries, manage waitlists, send the updates you asked to receive, process trainer rental inquiries, maintain business records, understand which channels bring people to our website, and support facility safety and operations.

Health related information you provide on the client waiver is voluntary and used only so the Studio and your trainer can evaluate participation, safety, and readiness for facility use. Please share only what is reasonably necessary.

We share information only as needed to operate: with the independent trainer you select on a waiver or ask to be connected with, with service providers that support our website, email, and booking systems, or with legal authorities when required by law.

If you join a waitlist and opt in, we'll send updates about the business you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, recordkeeping, safety, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, email, or electronic transmission is completely secure. Please don't send highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure process.

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal, contractual, safety, and recordkeeping obligations. Contact the business that collected your information.

This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must complete any waiver for a participant under 18.
